Launching OTA’s NDIS Webinar Package—Members Save an Extra 10%

To support members navigate the NDIS, we’re excited to launch a new package of four recorded webinars with Sarah Collison. Sarah has developed extensive knowledge of the scheme and its requirements—understanding the scheme and training others has become her passion.

Available through to 15 June 2020, the package includes four webinars: NDIS: 101, NDIS: Business Basics, and NDIS: Home Modifications and Assistive Technology (Parts 1 and 2). This series guides clinicians to both start out and succeed in the NDIS. The webinars cover:  

1. The basic knowledge and foundations to provide OT services to NDIS participants 
2. The knowledge to navigate the NDIS with confidence, breaking down common jargon and language
3. The knowledge and skills to run an OT practice servicing NDIS participants
4. The knowledge and skills to assess for and deliver AT and home modification services to NDIS participants

Over 300,000 Australians are being supported by the NDIS and this number is forecast to increase to 500,000 within 5 years. The NDIS will impact us all whether directly as a participant, carer, friend or clinician.
