Recording CPD
*OTA members can track their CPD by visiting the My CPD page (login required)*
To meet the requirements of the CPD Registration Standard as set out by the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (APRHA), each occupational therapist with general registration will need to accrue a minimum of 20 hours of CPD including 5 interactive hours in a year.
Members who register for a CPD event directly with Occupational Therapy Australia, will have their attendance automatically entered in the CPD Tracker once attendance is recorded; in this circumstance members do not have to record their CPD hours manually in their tracker.
When manually entering CPD activity, participation in activities should be recorded according to the hours spent doing the activity. Activities should only be recorded when they have been completed - do not record activities that have yet to be undertaken.
