Navigating aged care can be a challenge, and people are often unaware of how to start their aged care journey, or how to find information about how they can change or update their aged care services.

Sometimes those providing support to a person navigating aged care, whether they are professionals, family members or carers, can find navigating the system and finding the right information tricky as well.

As part of the Department of Health funded Aged Care System Navigators trials, Older Persons Advocacy Network is hosting a series of webinars that provide practical information about how to enter aged care, including how to contact My Aged Care, how to arrange an assessment and how to choose the appropriate services for individual circumstances and needs.
