Workforce Development Project – Survey Open

Occupational Therapy Australia have heard from our members and the OT community there are significant workforce challenges facing our profession. To better understand the issues and the factors contributing to them, we want to connect with OTs across all career stages and in all settings. 

We are investing in a Workforce Development Project, which will deliver a plan focused on the ways we can support OTs on the ground, both now and into the future.  

The project involves consulting with OTs, examining existing workforce data and completing a thorough literature review to ensure the plan is grounded in evidence, and reflective of your views.   

Your views and experiences are the most important component of this project, to ensure we genuinely address the challenges experienced by OTs. Click here to complete the Workforce Development Project survey and contribute to this important piece of work.
