Review of Queensland's CTP insurance scheme - have your say

A review of Queensland’s compulsory third party (CTP) insurance scheme is currently underway. The objective of the review is to identify opportunities for improving the scheme’s sustainability.

Motor Accident Insurance Commission (MAIC) has released a discussion paper that examines a range of issues facing the CTP scheme and seeks feedback on opportunities to improve the scheme for Queenslanders. Some of these issues relate to claims management.
