OTA attends 2023 International Mental Health Conference
Michelle Oliver, OTA's Lead Mental Health Advisor, attended the Australian & New Zealand Mental Health Association 24th Annual International Mental Health Conference on 7-9 June in Queensland, where she presented the OTA Mental Health Strategy – resetting the profession to navigate mental health reform.
Conference attendees heard from many mental health experts, notably an international panel discussing AI and mental health, as well as a Lived Experience panel sharing their stories of Suicidal thoughts and experiences.
The conference’s poster presentation also provided Michelle with a wonderful opportunity to build connections and raise awareness of OTA’s Mental Health initiatives, including our Mental Health Strategy, Capability Framework and Endorsement Program.
